Constantly build yourself up.ItYepsen SurrendersBoth Oct.29Tom Yepsen, 18, Princeton, one of two escapees from Bureau county jail Oct. 29, turned him self in at Bureau county jail at 12:55 a.m. Tuesday. According to the sheriff’s office, he was accompanied by his mother.t]\Cecil Crain, 44, Princeton, was apprehended early Friday in the 400 block of East First street, LaSalle, by city policeman, Joseph Riordan, formerly of Princeton. The La Salle police department said Crain was attempting to break in a tavern. On recommendation by the LaSalle county’s state attorney, he was turned over to Bureau county authorities.Yepsen and Crain were indicted Friday by the grand jury and charged with escaping from jail.Prior to the incident, Crain was being held in jail in lieu of $5,000 bond on charges of aggravated assault.
