CONCERT SERIES SEATS.Waterloo, la. — To the Editor- I‘m sure Dr. F.llvsnn muM have extremely irked to have been bold enough to complain in amusmgiy sarcastic a manner of his experience with s*at-savrr«.1 tor my part, I think the criticism quite just.I know there are many out-of-town holders of tickets who must spend extra time making the trip in, and it does seem some spe-sea.iS due ‘h,em' as PerhaPS reserving a section of seats.
