Notice of Application.Notice is hereby ifivcn 10 the citizens of Laconia and Boone township. Hnr-ison county. Indiana, that the undersigned. a mule inhabitant over the atre of twenty-one years, of said town, township, county and State, will make application to the Board of Commissioners of Harrison county, at the regular session of said Board of Commissioners, to he convened and held in the town of Corydon. Harrison county. Indiana, on the first Monday of December. PWT. for license to retail and sell intoxicating liquor® in a less Quantity than five gallons at a time, to be drank on the premises described as follows, to-wit:On the lower or ground Hoor front room of a one story buildinjr. situate on the southeast corner of lot No. 28. fronting on Main street In the town of Laconia. Boone township. Harrison county. Indiana. The said room is 12 feet to inches by 14 feet, with a 6 feet 10 inch ceilin*; j with a front door 6 feel 6 inches b.v I feet 6 inches: one side door, leadintr to an alley.
