Daughters of British Empire Schedule Bazaar MondayMrs. Walter Liddle, of Willow Grove, is chairman in charge of preparing a booth for the Charn-wood Forest chapter of the Daughters of the British Empire for a bazaar at the Bellevue Stratford Hotel, Monday, Nov. 7.The affair is supported by all chapters in the state as a means of raising money for Victoria Home, Ossining, N. Y., a home for aged persons of British birth.The theme of the bazaar this year is “Streets of London.” Charn-wood Forest’s booth is Hyde Park Corner, where handmade gifts will be sold. British foods will be featured in the group’s food stall, unde tured in the group's food stall, under the direction of Mrs. Paul Smith, Glenside.
