P., itfny 22.—An imioriant term of state circuit court for Perkins county has convened here and promises to be quite extended- There arc 14 criminal and 3? Civil cases to be disposed of during the term. A number of the criminal cases are of considerable importance- Among them is the wise of the state against Frank Melrose, of Coal Springs, who will be tried on the charge of misappropriating school funds, which were in hishands as treasurer of his school district. One of the important civil cases involves the recent vote on the liquor question In the town of Lemmon.
