Supt. Sawyer of Norton is in charge oi the team, and he will he assisted in Bronte by Ernest. Ivey and Bill Thomas.Five local boys. Victor Ivey. Hex Harris. Greg Whalen, Rudy Phillips and Tommy Glenn Sims, have said they would play on a Pony League team.The team will need S25 to gel in the Ballinger League and will need a little more money to take care of other incidentals. Persons who wish to contribute to the league should see one of the boys or either Ivey or Thomas.The first game to be played by the new team will be in Ballinger on Thursday night, May 4.
