[Only the nose of the 25-foot craft was showing when William A. Sawyer, 34, and Benjamin L. Sawyer, 28, were hauled into alobster boat, by Mr. and Mrs. Meldeau Whitten.Island resident Grafton Thur-rell first heard the SOS blasts on cabin cruiser’s horn and notified authorities. The brothers were unable to say why their $6,0000 boat sank.
