The superstructure was not damaged.DRY FORK OF WHITEWATER.A part of the superstructure and one of the abutments of the bridge over the Dry Fork of Whitewater, on the Venice road, between New Baltimore and New llaven, in Crosby township, were destroyed.The superstructure over a portion of one of the abutments of the Arnold bridge owtf the Dry Fork of Whitewater, noar Jacob GXss-hoon’s farm, Crosby township, was washedaway.ON THE CARTHAGE ROAD.The culvert on the Carthage turnpike road, near Judge Johnson’s place, was washed away.OX THE CUMMINSVILLE ROAD.A portion of the road, about seventy-fivefeet wide, on the Cumminsville road, was washed away—about three feet in depth,' It hasbeen since repaired and is ready for travel.ON THE “DISTRICT ROAD.1JAbout one hundred feet of the road on the West side of Millcreek, on the Hopple property, in Millcreek township, was washed away.THE UNION BRIDGE.The levee at the Union bridge, across the Little Miami, in Anderson township, was lowered about four feet by the freshet in the Little Miami. This is the bridge between Hamil--!Rpw-ton and Clermont counties.POLKTOWN BRIDGE.The superstructure of the bridge across the Little Miami river at Polktown, a large covered bridge, single track, over twenty miles above the city, was destroyed. The County Commissioners do not contemplate a restoration of thatbridge.IN STORES TOWNSHIPA land slide on the read leading up the big hill towards Capt. Wilder’s place, partially obstructed the road.
