GOOD FRIENDS-NEIGHBORSOval Tolliver, who lives north of Marshall on State Route 1 and whose wife is very ill was gratified to learn that he has many good friends and neighbors. Thirteen tractors, with plows, discs, harrows and planters pulled Into his fields early Monday morning, May 21st to put in his crops. There were extras there to take care of beans, fertiliser and seed corn and other odd jobs.At noon when the tractors pulled out for dinner, Barney Pinnell, Standard Oil Co. Distributor of Edgar County waa there and donated the gat to fill up all the tractors.The following twenty-one men assisted: Orville Crawley, W. M. Pennell, Kenneth Wilson, Chas. Pennington, James Davis, Ronnie Pennlg-ton, * Burton Cline, Lloyd Yargus, Marvin Allred, Dow Thompson, Del-vas Hall, James Kitner, Bob Maurer, Robert Davis, Ray Downing, Vernon Downing, Frank Hurley, Bill Wilson, Roy Woodard, Wilbur Maurer and H. Fields.A bountiful dinner was served at Mrs. James Reiner's. Those helping besides the hoetcis were Mrs. Hugh Fyfe, Mrs. Burton Cline, Mrs. James Davis and Mrs. Delvas Hall.
