A Se\en Arts Productiondirected by Russell Bom*, thefilm features Jacques Bergerac with Blanche Yurka, Carl Esmond Fortunio Bonanova and Bertrand CastelJi.“Thunder In the Sun” concerns a colony of Basques who leave their native and, the craggy hills and valleys of the Pyrenee Mountains between France and Spain, in the 1840s to emigrate to California and plant the grapevines they bring with them. Chandler portrays the only American in the film—their guide from Independence. Mo. to California. The res of the cast, including some 40-odd French-speaking players, portraytending.Participating were Ronald BearCordys and Dennis Booker, Sue) Ann Borror, Carolyn Burcham. She will be seen as a fiery Basque beauty desired by both the two-fisted scout,Chandler, and his Basque rival,Bergerac.
