An interesting program was given under the able leadership of Miss May Smith of Terre Haute. Two interesting articles were read from the TerreHaute Spectator. Recitations were given by Albert Orth, Marie Johnson, Helen Orth, Gladys and Harry Hart, Florence Stevenson, Idalee Genung,Russell and Nellie Smith, and Cather-erine Smith. Piano Solos -were givenby the Misses Ethel Solomon, Eva Lee, Carrie Myer and Helen Dunni-gan. Miss Nellie Smith rendered a.vocal solo. Song by the Misses Effie Ward, Nola Smith, Carrie Myer and Hi la Melton. Vocal Solo, “YOu haveOnly One Mother,” by Miss May Smith. Mrs. Lewis Orth and Albert Myer gave interesting talks on Mother's Day. Reading,■■Mrs. A. J. Dunnigan. White carnations were given to all present, and refreshments, consisting of strawberries, ice cream and cake, were served.
