We desire to refer Mr. Chase to Mrs. Nina NelBon the operator of the Western Union Telegraph company of this city. She will tell you the truth. Now we jyant to ask Mr. Chase a question.If you find that the special dispatch came in due form over the Western Union and was properly delivered at this office by the young man who carries messages, will you be man enough to acknowledge that you deliberately misrepresented the truth?
