W. O. Russell, the genial express deliverer for a number of years, resigned his place Sunday to take a position as baggage master on the Columbus run, Big Four. Fletcher Marsh superseded him. Mr. Marsh in turn, resigned on Tuesday 10 assume his duties as toll-gate keeper, successor to Mr. Flynn, deceased, at the S. H. Logan toll-gate, Northwest Michigan pike.
