Fine Arts Camp Grants AvailableStudents interested in applying for Sitka Fine Arts Camp scholarships should send a letter, with application if possible to the Greater Sitka Arts Council, P.O. Box 1090.If they have already filed their application, a letter should be sent in addition, indicating the field of interest, the applicant’s name, address, age, grade in school, a letter from his or her instructor and the number of years of study.A committee will screen all applications and requests for scholarships. All students will be notified of the decision of the committee by the middle of June.The deadline for filing the scholarship requests is June 10. All students grades 6 through 12 who have an interest in music, drama, dance (ballet and choreography), visual arts (weaving, painting and jewelrymaking), literary arts (creative writing) and who wish to pursue any of these interests with the help of highly skilled instructors, are welcome to apply.If there are questions concerning the camp, call Virginia Parrish, Acting Scholarship Chairman, 747*8794 or any member of the Greater Sitka Arts Council. 1Observe Cellt;Baha’is all around the world I celebrated the Declaration of !
