Mr. and''Mrs. Jacob Bifler of thei•town of Herman observed their Golden wedding anniversary May 13, at their home in the presence of only a few relatives. For a number years Mr. Eifler conducted a barber shop but lor the past few years has retired from active labor.Mr. Eifler was born in Ilessen-Darmstadt, Germany and Mrs. Eifler in Lippe-Detmoldt, Germany. It is expected that they will celebrate the event on the 27th of this month when all the children will he present.They have nine chidren as follows; Adam Eifler, Plymouth; Miss C. Eifler, Franklin; Mrs. Minnie Hitt, Algoma; Mrs. W. B. Lulzenberger, • Milwaukee; Mrs. C. Hanson, Chicago1 Mrs. Rev. G. Vornholdt, Waukon,: Iowa; Mrs. O. Denker, Milwaukee; Mrs. Rev. C. Knatz, Buffalo; Mrs. j Rev. E. Schultz, Wayne.
