Wergeland Society j Sponsors BanquetThe Wergeland society, in observance of the 17th of May, Norwegian Independence Day, held a banquet on Tuesday at the new Wergeland hall on State street, with approximately 100 members and their wives attending. Carl Carlson acted as toastmaster. Theevening's program included talks by several members and entertain- i ment by Hilton Hansen.
