BE FORI AND APTE* is the story which these two pictures of Fort Pierce Beach tell. At the left is i lonely road1' several years before plantings and beautification were spearheaded by the Sea Grape Garden circle. At the right are two of three active charter members of that circle— Mrs. Adrian VanRavesteyn (left)' and Mrs. LeoC, Goodman—as they reminisce of the effort and work put into the project, (Mrs. Fred Gardner, the third charter member, is not pictured.) The background, where once there was only sand, shows plantings, grass, a palm tree and a bench, and is just a sample of the project’s achievement.
