Richard Goins will officiate, with burial in the Linwood ParkCemeteryMrs. Givens was born Aug 25, 1905 in Boone to Harry and Irene (Miller) Reed She married Hugh Givens Dec. 23. 1922 inl)es Moines.She w*as formerly employed at Hawkeye laundry in Boone. A longtime Boone resident. Mrs. Givens was a member of the Moose Auxiliary. VFW Auxiliary and theEagles Auxiliary .Survivors include one son. Michael of Boone; two (laughters, Nancy Manthos of Kennewick. Wash and Mary Pepper of Gilbert; 13 grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildrenMrs Givens was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1950; one sister, two brothers; two sons, and one grandson.Friends may call at the Schroeder Funeral Home today from noon-9 p.m. and Tuesday from H a m until time of service.
