^ CLERMONT NOTESTuesday, May 7.—Mr. and Mrs. John Alio were callers in ML Jewett, Saturday evening.Miss Alice Hall spent the week end with her father at Port Allegany.Mrs. Gertrude McLaughlin and children of Olean, N. Y, were the guests of J. F. Pleating Sunday.fed. Shelander of Johnsonburg was a, caller in Clermont Sunday.Mrs. Mary Decker, who has been ill for some time, is better at this writing.Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Russel of Shaw-mut, Pa. and Mr. and Mrs. N. H. Holmes and sons of Lamont were Sunday guests of G. W. Blauaer and family.Avery Brown is confined to his home with the grippe-Mr. and Mrs. Joe Dibler spent Sunday in Bradford with their daughter, Dorothy, who is a patient in the hospital.Mr. and Mrs. Howard Clinton and *Wm, Reese and wife have moved to Shawmut where they are employed by the tile company at that place.Wednesday, Muy 15.—Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Peterson of Halsey were guests of Paul Searfoss, Sunday.Mr. and Mrs. William Johnson and Children of Olean, N.
