O ^vaibiviliA parcel shower was held at the M. E. church Monday evening in honor of Mrs. Keith Gordon. The room was very nicely decorated in cerese and white. Mrs. Gordon received many beautiful and useful gifts. A luncheon of ice cream and cake was served at the usual hour. All report a very nice time.Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Schultz entertained the following guests at a picnic dinner at their home Sunday: Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Bachelder and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Buddenburg and son, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Harvey and daughter Betty, Mr. and Mrs. Arno Timmerman and sons and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Schultz and children.A number of the young ladies hiked to the Allen stone quarry Tuesday evening and enjoyed a picnic supper.
