Doctor Says He Was Born GirlPHILADELPHIA WPV—A bearded British doctor whom someday may inherit his brother’s baronetcy confirmed Monday that he had yeen born a girl.Dr. Laurence Michael Dillon, calmly puffing on a pipe, told a group of reporters of his life that began 43 years ago in London as Laura Maude Dillon,He said he underwent a series of operations that legally changed his sex after noticing physical changes in himself and undergoing emotional pain.Dr. Dillon was questioned aboard the liner City of Bath, on which he is medical officer, after his brother, Sir Robert Dillon, 44, said in Lismullen, Ireland, that Dr. Dillon had been a female at birth.Sir Robert is married but childless.
