San Antonio Lodge B. P. O. E.Ran Antonio I»dge No 216, Benevo ' lent and Protective Order of Elks, meets every Monday nleht at the Elks' hall at R:30 o’clock. The present local home of the order is located in j the second story of 125 and 127 West Commerce street, where the Elks’ club rooms are open from 7 a. m. to midnight daily. The new home of the local lodge will he on the west side j of Avenue E. next to the postoffice Secretary A. I* Cotten is at the rooms all day and a cordial welcome lb extended to all visiting Elks.Elk* Newt.At the regular meeting of San Antonio Ixuige No. 216 last Monday night there was on applicant elected to be initiated.Tomorrow night there will he lnitla j tion of candidates and the work will ] he done entirely without the use of the ritual for the first time in the his I torv of No. 216.Next Thursday night there will he an old fashioned stag social, with u few up-to-date trimmings held in the Elks’ rooms. Past Exalted Ruler Nat M.
