D. Clark, president, in chaw.The theme of the program was “Beginning Anew”,Lenders included Mrs. GoldaDiamond, Mrs. JamesThompson. Mrs. Ronald Perry, Mrs. Shirley Humphrey, Mrs. John Kody, Mrs. Myrtle Flaherty, Mrs. Kyle Spade and Mrs. Clark.Churches from Mt. Hoperepresented were Presbyterian. Baptist Temple, Christian Church, Church of God, First Baptist Church, Union Baptist Church and Kilsyth Saint Anthony Catholic Church.Highlighting the program was music presented by a trio, Mrs.Eunice Fleming, Mrs. T. VV. Chiles and Mrs. Arthur Watkins v/lio sang “God Hath Not Promised”, “The Star”, and “Balm In Gilead”. Mrs. Fleming served as pianist.Mrs. Clark read a poem as organ music waa rendered by Mrs. Kathryn Danner.Members of the Womens Society of Christian Service with Mrs. Nokie Thompson, president served refreshments.Others attending were Mrs. G, G. Hodges, Mrs. Theresa Hanes, Mrs. Okey L. Patteson, Mrs. Anna Cope, Mrs. Jennie Cope Carter, Mrs. Ralph Thompson Jr., Mrs. T. A. Jaagcr Jr., Mrs. Corrie Graff, Mrs. John Sheets, Mrs. O. G.
