Bush Sr., foundation executive vice president. He explained that provisions attendant to thetrust fund provide that theprincipal will remain intactflowers.The flowers were placed on the graves by Gormon, who delivered a short eulogy.Marguerite Debs Cooper, 1819 Ohio St., a niece of Debs and his only living blood relative, was present at the ceremony in the cemetery.Sunday’s activities followed a weekend observance during which the Debs home was formally dedicated.
