18 TO GRADUATE IN M'DERMOTTClass Play, Baccalaureate, And Commencement Exercises Are Arranged.McDERMOTT. O., May 9.—Eighteen seniors will graduate from McDermott High school. Tuesday, May 19. The class play, “The Girl From Out Yonder” will be given AYeduesday May 13 The baccalaureate sermon will Ik? on May 17. Those who will graduate are: Alice Staten. Corda McColley, Esta Allen. Fata Stahl. Beatrice llalbran, Marjorie Scott. Jaunlta Throckmorton, Margaret Mc-Corkle. Kathryn Sulvely, Mary Me-Chesney, Martha Harper, Mildred ! Hilt, Hay Horton. Paul Koch. Robert Marasek, Clyde Bond, Henry Shope. and Clifford Shaffer.The Dry Run sockhall teams piny* ; ed a doubleheader on the McDermott diamond recently. The girls from the stone town defeated the Dry Run girls by a score of 15 to 8. The »xcellent pitching of Glllett, the Stou- | Ites* pitclier, held the Dry runner-flown to two runs after the first in nlng. Dennings, did fine pitching for ( Dry Run but had only fair support.The boys did not fare so well. Many of the main players from Me Dcrmott were absent, therefore several substitutes were used.
