It wan given by local talent with the ex-ccpliun of two reading* by Mitts Zwlla Harvey of Landing. Miw Harvey at one tune, however, reaided In Paw Paw. Her readings were line and received de serving encore*. It would be hard to at*lent any special number* entitled to more praise than tie* balance of the program. Ever) number waa especiallywell selected and rendered in n mannerreflecting much credit upou the participants. \W cannot refrain from men-tioi mg in particular Dale Harrison, Margaret Cole and Merle Clark. These little folk* have exceptional talent and are always popular with the audience. Also the perfc rmanet* of Aileen Muakirk on the violin. Her execution of difficult classical mu* ic is marvplous, ami although she s now one of the finest musician* in tj« state she is Dot yet content. hut will continue her studies. The large audience was well pleased with the program and ever* number was heartily encored.
