Open House For Mother On BirthdayThe family of Rebecca Larsen, Providence, will honor their mother on her 80th birthday with an open house at the home of her daughter and son-in-law Venice and Elmo Downs, 1070 North 2 East, Logan.Mrs. Larsen was born May 10, 1889. in Providence. She married Alma 0. Larsen on Jan. 26, 1910, and has spent her entire life in Providence.Her children are Ariel Larsen, Mrs. Elmo (Venice) Downs, Mrs. John (Ella) Sorensen, Mrs. Nelson (Erma) Young, all of Logan; Raymond Larsen, Providence, and Mrs. Bowers (Marie) Forrester. Smithfield. Her youngest son Roy was killed in World War II in 1945.
