•Mr. John Philip Sousa and his band of excellent musicians will give the last concert of their season at the Academy of Music, next Friday and Saturday evenings. May 14 and 15, with one grand souvenir matinee, Saturday May 15. The special soloists of these concerts will be Mrs. Elizabeth Northrop, soprano; Miss Martina Johnstone, violin; Miss Zora Gladys Horlocker, contralto, and Mis* Lcontine Gaertner. violoncello. The two former appeared in the Sousa concertsearlier this season, but Miss Horlocker and Miss Gaertner are new to Philadelphia audiences. The concert on Saturday evening will be the fiftieth which Mr. Sousa has given in this city under th« management of Miss H.Harris,and to cel-brzrte this event arrangement has been made to present to each lady present at the matinee a fine photograph of Mr. Sousa, also at each of the three concerts. Mr. Sousa’s latest march w^ll bo given, the name of which, by arrangement with his publisher, cannot be an-^ nounced until the 14th Inst.
