Teen Center to be Established in ActonACTON - The South Acton Unitarian Church is to become a Youth Center.Last Thursday evening the Ad Hoc Youth Center Committee met with the Parish Committee and described their plans. The Parish Committee members asked questions, then had a discussion by themselves. They decided to allow a Youth Center in the church.This center will basically open to teens in Acton. Box-horough and Slow. It will be mainly financed by the Friday night Col lee Houses. The search is now 011 lor a Teen Center Director. Irom the adults.On Sunday night the teens o| the elected commit lee met. They planned Friday 's col lee house, discussed directors, and a new name lor the committee.This Friday, the 8th. a col lee house will be held Irom 7.80 to 11.JO. James Kelley’s Blues Band will be* playing. Admission is nominal. Kelreshmenls will be sold.
