A few broken records later Jim May, Bob Bowers, Jan.Biery, Sylvia Graham, Jim Burpee, Holly Stern (a foreigner from Orinda), and our Farmerscut-out to Gordons where they had many lacks annoying acanary/1• * * •i.Fine FashionsEveryone mark May 19 on your calendar ! ! ! That will bethe evening of the gala “Fantasy In Fashions” to be presented bythe Juniors and Seniors at Haward high for the benefit of theSenior Ball. The latest in children, teen-age, and adult fashionswill be modeled. Don't forget—May 19-“Fantasy In Fashions!« . * «Sand and SteakThe above-mentioned turned out tc be a crazy combo for a great gang of H. H. S. guys and dolls. Sunday before last found Pescadero a real gone place for hipsters Dave Jones, Gay Hern, Bob Buseo, Dick Rogers, CoraJee Atkinson, Carol Buso, Tony Del Rio and Carl Rollins. Causing quite a riot in his “Mae West’ water wings was Gil Hyder, while Joe Speranza let it be known that he was around by dunking such chicks as Jackie Such in the frigid foam. Herman Eaton and'Joe Ashley joined the many others in a game of frantic football. Gil Mederios was .the big heroof the day: he bought'the steaks ! 1 !« * *Midway MadnessIt seems that- a lot of the local guys and dolls have caughtthe “Bowling Bug”'and have made Midway a weekly must/TwoSaturday nights ago Lona Allen, Norma Bay, Gayle Jackson, andJackie Lav were seen making the most of this must. Gettingmany laughs out of watching these bewildered beginners wereDenny Bowman, Dale Powers, and Jim Grace, Cynthia Boemerand Peggy Todd pulled in toward the end of eve and gave outwith some pro(?) advice. After two lines of this crazy game thegals made with the motion and headed for the C.V. dance.65 * • * 'Hide and Go SeekThis recent Friday found a group of happy guys and gals celebrating a victory over the Rebels. Really going ape at a base-ball game at Cherrland school that evening were Bette Burrowes, Diane Hughes, Kay Armstrong, Maren Smith, Joyce Pope, and Diane Yettick. These gals were completely over run by the great guys'team of Don Christiansen, Maury Hill, Darrell Heinrich, Pat Quigley, Mike Kearney, and Keith Yettick. Cutting-out for Joyce’s home, the gang was greeted by Bob P^enc‘° ®^ Bresniker, George Egge, Larry Lambert and Tony K^g. For thenext few hours everyone enjoyed a frantic Sam= °f^de * seek They were joined for eats and dancing by Ken Vierna, Rich Jain? Dale Powers, Eddie Kibble and Denny Bowman After running around on the rocf and having a water fight, all splitout and invaded Gordon’s. .* * *Gel Well Quick %Last Sunday a flack of local gals invaded Oak Knoll hospital. The object of invasion for Suzzanb Close, Norma Bay, PatJ’al-mer, Diane Hughes, Diane Yettick, Jerry Kerr. Donna ■Mills, and Romaine Paramore, was one Jackie Purcell.
