The Marvelous Equilibrist and Globe Balancer.Perhaps one of the strongest attractions given at the carnival and street fair m New Albany two years ago was Achille Philion, the world renowned eqnilibrist and balancer, whose feats were given in the open air every afternoon and night. This celebrated artist, who has appeared before the crowned heads of Europe and has always created a sensation, is with the Wnght Carnival Company, which will give a free street fair and merchants' carnival on the streets of New Albany daring the week of May 18.Mr. Philion is one of the highest salaried artists on the road today, for he is an attraction without a parallel.
