The names of the donors of the special fund referred to have been mentioned In the Commercial Gazette. Mr. Herman was re-elected a Trustee,, and the Board subsequently elected officers by making his President, Henry C. Vrner Treasurer, and Julius F. Blackburn Fecretary. The new B^ard teals very highly encouraged over the outlook.
