TALLEST MEMBER of the circus is Lee, a 10-month-old giraffe. Lee is approximately 10 feet tall and at full maturity should reach nearly 16 feet, according to Jerry Digney, ringmaster and press relations manager. Other animals in the circus range from 15 elephants to a Texas midget steer.
