Jenkins.Ehrlich (Joe Early), retired furniture dealer,'replaces Theodore R. Kolter, 1701 Lowell Ave., Who rer signed because he is moving outside the city limits. Ehrlich's appointment, is for the unexpired term ending Nov. 5. Kolter was appointed to fill the post on the death of Fred A. Sta-mler Sept. 21, 1952.Other member? of the three-man board are James I. Hunt and C. Fred Tharpe. •-
