kee. • ;The tug Leathern, with Scofield Co’s biff barge in tow, left here for Chicago Saturday afternoon. The barge had upwards, of COO,000 feet of lumber on board. The other barge is now being loaded with ties and will be towed by the Leathern when site returns from Chicago.•Capt, Ed. Cox left for Escanabrt last Sat' urday morning to bring the tug Kitty Smoke to this place. As before stated, this craft, will be stationed here during the coining season of navigation and engage, in wrecking, etc. She is provided with a steam pump' and other necessary appliances.The fine schooner Geo. M. Warrington/ ashore at Summer Island, has been rescued by the wrecking tug Leviathan, and taken to Milwaukee, the tug passing by the ship canal with her tow last Wednesday. The Warrington had on board a large amount of coal that was purchased for a song by W. II. Wolf, of Milwaukee.Followiug list of vessels have loaded and cleared from Rowley’s Bay for the week eliding April 30th.' Schooners Jos. Duvall/ M. L. Collins, South Side, R. II. Becker-and Jennie Belle. All these’craft loaded with cord wood for Milwaukee. The schooner' A. P.Nichol was loading with ties and posts at the same port on Monday.
