Qarage saleTHE GUADALUPE COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY'S garage sale has been determined to be a rousing success after only two days. Margarett Svatek, Humane Society board member, reports thgt sales have been so brisk that more Items are needed. If yog have items to donate take them to 1201 N. Vaughn (behind Shanafelt Auto) any day this week. The sale will runthrough Saturday. Sale hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday, Davila's BBQ will hold a fajita and soda water sale from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the same location. A percentage of the sales proceeds will be donated to the Humane Society. The Humane Society will use the sale proceeds to help build an animal shelter. (Staff photo by Steve Boehm)
