CAROL PAYNE HEADS PLUM BROOK SOPHIESPlum Brook Sewin’ Sophies held their regular meeting at the home of Miss Rosemary Hill.The following officers were elected; Carol Payne, president; Barbara Wolfe, vice-president; Alice Faber, secretary; Peggy Payne, treasurer; Rosemary Hill, news reporter; and Nancy Drunk-cnmiUer, recreation leader.After the business meeting games were played and won by Edith Lindsley and Alice Faber. The program following the games was planned by Peggy Payne and consisted of: Vocal solo—Barbara Wolfe; piano solo—Alice Faber; vocal solo—Rosemary Hill: clarinet solo—Carol Payne; piano solo—Nancy Drunkenm iller; spring poem—Mrs. Elnora Sar-geant and direction of group singing— Mrs. Lindsley.Mrs. Lindsley will entertain the club May 14.
