LODGE TAKES IN T WO MEMBERS MONDAY NIGHTThe regular meeting of Cornelia Rebekah Lodge No. 205 was held at the I. O. O. F. Hah, Mon-day evening. The principal business of the session was initiation of ttfo candidates, Leah Yvonne Sturtevant and .Betty Jackson. The ritualistic floor work was held in a very graceful and dignified manner by Warden June Brush and Conductor Betty Mustard. The principal charges were delivered by Noble Grand Bertha Ransdell, Vice-Grand Gay Neep, Past Noble Grand Olive E. Busch and Chaplain Kathleen Onnsbee. Mrs. Ormsbee iia.s been highly complimented for the impressive manner in which she has rendered the lengthy and complicated chaplain's charge after having been in that office only a few months. The work of the drill team formed a beautiful and spectacular feature of the initiation. The figures were planned and the members trained by Edith Alger and Rose Gibson. An interesting and inspiring series of emblematic figures and letters were perfectly presented by the team of 20 handsome women dressed in pure white. Colored lights provided by George David added to the beauty of the scene. Members of the drill team include Grace Adams, June Brush, Chrystine Burke, Evelyn Bickford, Sydney Bertsch, Annabel Crasbie, tala Covey, Nettie Coleman, Erma r Caldwell, Janie Dohring, Gladys r Dawson, Ethel Dunham, Pauline's Goforth, Neva Hair, Elsie Hum-U phrey, Evelyn Koch, Barbara t Mustard, Ada Homer, Jewyl Stipp, Barbara Wright, Mrs. Amanda Burke played piano music for the drills. The hall was beautifully decorated for tho oc- t casion with large bouquets of * lilacs.The Lodge voted to donate $25 j to the Uklah Ambulance Fundand sent a check for $43 to the President of the Rebekah Assembly for the Orphanage.
