Clark County Fair program completedKAHOKA. Mo. — The program for the 1972 Clark County Fair, to be held at Kahoka. July 28. 29. and 30, has now been completed. The program this year is very exciting and diversified. 'The addition of the Hawkeye Colt stakes will add quality and depth to the horse racing program For the younger folks, there will be the usual 4-H activities and livestock show. There will also be an all new motorcycle thrill show on Friday night, July 28 Many of the oldsters will enjoy this spectacular event.On Saturday night. July 29, the feature attraction will be the Grand Ole Opry show from Nashville, Tenn. Such stars as George Morgan (The Candy Kid), Miss Jean Valli (“The Queen of the Yodelers), Joe and Rose Lee Maphis (Mr. and Mrs. Country Music”), along with Gary Van and the Western Caravan band, will all be appearing on the shwo This is block-buster entertainment.Concluding the program on Sunday night will be the exciting Tractor Pull in front of the grandstand More details on all of these activities and others will be forthcoming as fairtime approaches.
