sorority went to Atlantic last night where they were the guests of the Alpha Eta chapter of Atlantic at a 7:30 o'clock dinner.The meal was served in the Crystal room of the hotel Pullman The sorority colors of black and go! j were used in the decorative scheme.Chapters were represented from Red Oak, Clarinda, Atlantic and Carroll, Each group contributed their part to the program which was given following dinner.In the ritual of jewels ceremony, j six of the Carroll chapter were made active members.A district council was formed and Misses Meneva Miller and Catherine Denny were elected to offices in the council.Included in the Carroll group were: Misses Helen Frandsen, Catherine Denny, Rose Kirk, Meneva | Miller, Mary Evelyn Welch and ! Thelma Johnson.1
