The petition applies to both beer and wine.J. W. Trimble, prosecuting attorney of this district, Rex Parkins, city attorney and Oscar E.Williams filed the suit, representing the state, citizens and freeholders of Fayetteville, and the city of Fayetteville by its mayor and board of aldermen.Defendants named are those engaged in gale of beer and wine in the city.
