A number of matters \ were argued and orders entered before the final adjournment was taken.In the matter of the estate of Mary Helms, Jacob Helms filed an information that the decedent had departed this life on March 22, this year, and had left personal property valued at $500 and real estate valued at $8,000, and that the heirs at law are George W. Helms, a son; Sarah Waldron, daughter; Amanda Helms, daughter; Jacob Helms, son, and Bell Helms, daughter, all of rural route 4, Attica, Catherine Dalton, daughter, and William Marquess, both of Williamsport; Etta Devinish, granddaughter, Arabia, Ind., and John L. Marquess, grandson. Bloomington, 111. Jacob Helms was appointed administrator and hied his bond.Jacob D. Helms, Bertha Helms, George W. Helms, Cecelia Helms, Amanda Helms and Bell Helms, by Whiekear and Whitehall, have filed a friendly suit against Sarah Waldron, Grant Waldron, Catherine Dalton, John Dalton, Etta Devinish, Arthur Devinish, William Marquess, Lola Marquess, John L. Marquess and Grace Marquess. The petitioners aver that they and defendants are owners in fce simple and tenants in common of 80 acres of land in Shaw-
