Joe Petrich, managr of the theater, and culminatd yesterday when Hoppe refused to have anything further to do with the orchestra. Hoppe claims that he had not been given suitable notice when larger orchestras w*ere required, and that sometimes when he would engage extra players, Petrich would “fire” them. On the other hand, the management of the theater says that Hoppe was not giving satisfaction.
