Walker, absent without leave.Major-General William A. Bowles, and Major-General L. P. Milligan, absent on furlough (?): residence, the Ohio Penitentiary.Brigadier-General Mahlon D. Manson, honorably mustered out of the Union army, nnd now under the patronago of Maj.-Gen.
