««iiiible and Mr*. Collier 1* alleged to have struck Mrs. Stultz. At any rate the latter caused her arrest on the charge of assault and battery. . She was locked up over night and this morning appeared in the city court. She entered a plea ofnot guilty and the case was continued.The police are still looking for Atwood, but Mrs. Collier failed to give them any Information concerning him. She claims she knows nothing of his whereabout, also denying emphatically that she left Michigan City with him or that she bad seen himsince he left here. The horse and buggy belonging to Mr. Purvis are also still missing.
