Jaycees host band contestWIND GAP — The Blue Mountain Jaycees will host the Northeastern Pennsylvania Region II Battle of the Bands competition 7 p.m. April 28 In the Hullabaloo Scene, Wind Gap.The Battle of the Bands is a contest for rock and roll groups whose members are under 19 years of age. Region li comprises an area from Williamsport south to Poltsville, east to the Delaware River and north.Bands from Easton. Southern Lehigh, Shenandoah, Sunbury, Whitehall Township and Bethlehem will participate.ka _____
