Board member William Duff was not present.On the recommendation of Dr. Charles Skurka, superintendent, six teachers were cut from the present staff under a “Reduction in Force’’ of teachers according to a mastered.Skurka went over bus route changes which had been outlined as the meeting a week earlier and discussed enrollment figures projected for the Camden and Hillcrest Elementary Schools for 1982-83.His discussion included instruc-tional stations in the schools and recommendations for reduction ofstaff. He said, “I feel it is my responsibility to provide educa-predicted at 30 - an entirely unrealistic burden for any teacher and it makes no allowance for potential move-ins after school begins. Much educational research has been produced showing that class size definitely affects the educational levels achieved bystudents. We believe the Board9 /should carefully consider the ramifications before increasing the class loads of the elementary school
