A HYDROELECTRIC POWER project constructed by David Grubbs, 14 left, and A ’ton Monroe Jr., 15, eighth graders at S*anton Jun or Hirjh School, will be entered in the Panhandle Science Fair in Amarillo Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The project shows low hydroelectric power is made and howit is utilized by a typical town or city. The boys spent about a month of their spare time in building the miniature dam, power lines and houses. David is son of Dr. and Mrs. Roy Grubbs, Route 3, and Alton is son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Monroe Sr., 706E.
