Troup, son of Mrs. Peggy Troup, 3752 Lemon Ave. Drr Russell M. Brougher officiated at the evening service.The bride, given in marriage by Lt. Comdr. William Hayes, carried a white orchid on a white Bible.Mrs. Richard Ruiz, sister of the—Cut! Rny Stud JoMrs. Charles W, Troupbride, served as matron of honor, with Miss Diane Idol as bridesmaid.Robert Ward attended the bridegroom as best man, with Richard Ruiz and Alex Ruiz as ushers.Following the candlelight service the newlyweds were feted at a reception at the chapel. Hostesses were Miss Thelma Idol and Mrs. Fern Forister. Mrs. Leonard Mauler was in charge of the guest book.The bride attended school in San Luis Obispo. Her husband, educated in Santa Ynez schools, is now serving in the U. S.
