UEGALi NOTICES.Estray Notice.Eilt Eilts, who being duly sworn, says that on I the 21at day ot February, 1898, he did take up as * an estray one red and white heifei calf, supposed to be seven or eight months old and appraised at Sio. Said estray was taken up in Franklin township, Cass county, and has been posted according , to law, and the marks and brands have not been | changed before or since the same was taken up, as I verily believe.
